1. Wholesale Orders Only

Returns and refunds apply only to wholesale customers who purchase directly from Anjali Art.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only if the product is received in a damaged or defective condition. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Reporting Timeframe

Customers must report any damage or defect within 24 hours of receiving the parcel. Reports made after this period may not be eligible.

4. Required Proof

Clear photo or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect product must be provided for verification before approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and material nature, items such as scrunchies, hair bands, rubber bands, clips, and jewellery cannot be returned unless damaged on arrival.

6. Replacement Policy

Once the claim is approved, a replacement product will be sent in the next order or as mutually decided. Refunds are provided only if replacement is not possible.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for returning products (if required) are borne by the customer unless the error is on Anjali Art’s side.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are packed or dispatched. Cancellation requests must be made before packaging is completed.
